​We do our main communication by texting as we believe this is the most efficient way to run our small business vet clinic.
Here are some reasons why:
​
1. Our first priority are the pets in the clinic, we want to make sure that our attention is on them if something is needed, then the second priority would be the texting.
(We are not an emergency clinic)
2. If you are an active client with us, the doctor and staff are able to answer you for any specific needs or questions as the texts are monitored during business hours.
3. We are able to send you services we offer and pricing so you can always have it on your phone to refer too.
4. We are able to have your phone number saved with your pets information so when you text, we know who you are!
5. The texting also allows you to be connected on our app!

Pet Health Network is available on Apple and Android. We will text you a code that will connect to the app and you will have vaccines, medications and exams records available in the palm of your hand! You can also request appointments as well.
We hope this helps better understand why we do the texting system. We appreciate your cooperation.

Highly, highly, highly recommend this little clinic! The staff here is wonderful and the prices are affordable. I've brought all of my cats here and they were so well taken care of every single time. I'm bummed that I can no longer bring my babies here since we have moved out of state but these guys are definitely the best! They truly care for your pets!
